Within 3 business days, you'll either be invited to book your first session with one of our psychologists or guided toward the best next step for you. If we're the right place to support you, your journey starts here. In your first session, you'll meet your psychologist in a supportive, and non-judgmental space, where we'll begin to understand your concerns and shape a plan that works for you.
